Israel received his BSc with honors, in 2005 from the Technion, faculty of Chemical Engineering. Worked for two years, 2006-2008, as an associate Researcher in the IMG4 MAGNET project, Technion R&D. Worked for five years, 2009-2013, as a pilot engineer/project manager at IMI TAMI – ICL (Israel chemicals limited) institute for R&D. Managing multiple R&D projects in the fields of biocides, pharma, process scaleup of novel flame retardants, simulation of mixing, and reaction calorimetry. Received his MSc in 2016, on the subject of “Evaluation of Protein-Imprinted Hydrogel Performance Using Molecular Dynamics Simulation”. Since 2016 until 2020 he worked on his PhD in chemical engineering, on the subject of “Water transport in anion exchange membranes for fuel cell applications” using molecular dynamic simulation methods.
